Will Storage

Only the original Will can be submitted for Probate, a copy will not be accepted. Without the original, your estate is dealt with as if a Will had never been made, as if you died intestate.

You will be provided with certificates of storage and, if required, documentation for your executors so that they have clear instructions to find and retrieve your Will should they need to.
